GMYLA grants a contractual right of return for all items (gift cards excluded) within 14 calendar days.

The customer must return the items to GMYLA within 14 calendar days in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed, together with the delivery note. He can use the attached withdrawal form for this. Returns to GMYLA are made at the expense and risk of the customer.

Any payment already made will be refunded to the customer, provided GMYLA has already received the items back or the customer can provide proof of shipment.

GMYLA reserves the right to not take back worn, washed, not odorless or damaged textiles due to improper handling. The purchase price already paid for the items will not be refunded or will be charged to the customer.
